price.games is a free online price guessing game built around real prices of everyday products. Solo play, live multiplayer rooms, and a new daily challenge every 24 hours. No downloads. No payments.
## What Is price.games?
price.games is a browser-based price guessing game built around real products and real prices. Every round pulls from a catalog of current Amazon listings, so the guess is against the price a shopper would see at checkout today. The catalog spans kitchen gear, electronics, toys, tools, beauty, and dozens of other categories.
Price guessing has game-show energy to it: watch a product appear, shout a number, see how close you come. We turned that instinct into twelve game modes and a monthly giveaway with real prizes. Private rooms let friends play together.
## How the Game Works
Pick a mode, see a product, make a guess. The closer the guess to the real retail price, the higher the score. Each mode plays differently: guess an exact number, pick higher or lower than the last product, rank a set from cheapest to most expensive, bid against other players, or estimate a whole shopping basket at once.
### Seven Game Modes

### Multiplayer Rooms
Creating a private room generates a code to share with friends. Multiplayer runs in real time, with no turn-based waiting, and works on any device with a browser, phones included. The [multiplayer lobby](https://price.games/mp) is where rooms get started or joined. Good fit for game nights or virtual team-building.
### The Daily Challenge
Every 24 hours we publish a new Daily Challenge: the same products and rules for every player. Results count toward a daily streak and the global [leaderboard](https://price.games/leaderboard).
### Monthly Giveaways
Every calendar month we run a free drawing with real prizes (currently Amazon Gift Cards). Finishing at least one round during the month earns automatic entry, and Daily Challenge play adds bonus entries on top. Full eligibility details are in the next section.
## Where the Prices Come From
Every product in price.games is a real Amazon listing. Prices come directly from live product pages, so the number being guessed matches what a shopper would pay at checkout today, not a made-up number or a stale price from years ago. As products sell out or get replaced, we rotate them out, and the catalog keeps growing. That's why the same product rarely repeats in a single session.
As an Amazon Associate, the site earns from qualifying purchases, which helps fund the giveaways described below. It doesn't change the prices shown in-game or affect how rounds are scored.
## How the Monthly Giveaway Works
The monthly giveaway is a free prize drawing. **No purchase is necessary.**
Here's how it works:
1. **Create a free account** and verify the email address. That's the only eligibility requirement beyond the standard terms. 2. **Score enough points to qualify in the giveaway** during the current calendar month. That earns one base entry into the drawing. 3. **Refer friends for more entries.** Each referral who signs up and verifies their email adds one entry. 4. **Winners are drawn at random** and notified by email. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days.

## Who We Are
price.games is an independent project. We're not affiliated with Amazon, CBS, Fremantle, or any televised pricing game show.
We launched in 2026 as a self-funded project. Giveaway prizes come out of operating revenue and affiliate earnings. There are no entry fees, and there never will be.
